Is /rl every 20 seconds for 8 hrs suspicious?

Sorry if this is the wrong section wasnt sure.

Im using an auto clicker to "bot" AV and one of the clicks is a macro to reload UI so it makes me stop following people and i also have a /cast random macro that often needs reset by reloading UI so it can do a different random cast w/o getting styuck on one its unable to do because a more powerfull buff is active.

So if i reload UI say every 25 sec for 8 hours is this suspicious in any way? or can they even tell im doing it? on my bg u never get reported afk if your not sitting at a GY or in the cave so this would be great.

If blizzard is able to detect it, doing anything at a strictly set interval for 8 hours is suspicious. But to re-state what the above posters said, /rl is client-sided so you should be in the clear.
