Same Server - Am I safe doing this?

Hi,

I phished someone who surprisingly was on my server, but then as Ally. So I decided to instead of selling it, use it to get achievements for myself.

However, I'm not sure if I'm same. I'm using Proxycap (on launcher.exe, i can't login if I do it on wow.exe :S), but it is still the same IP then, just a different one..

So how can I do this safely?
+Rep and an Us gc for the one who can help me ^^
