-I have tried 5 different repacks, both trinity and arcemu (3.5 and 4.1) and they are very high rated and so on...
-I have opened all the ports on my router.
-I have followed every guide there is, on OwnedCore and Ac_web.(Btw, so immature to cencure that one)
-I have spent hours.
-I have tried both hamachi, pure ip and dyn-dns.

So what tha hell should i do the get a server public for once!!?!

That's the key;
"HELP MY SERVER DOESN'T WORK" is gonna have people instantly ignoring what you have asked. Ports are opened, so that narrows it down some, but that doesn't mean you have all the required ports opened. Configs aren't posted which tells us you really don't care to get the help you need or that you're so sure that your configs are correct that you don't need help there. A mistake I see quite often is inside the realmlist table in the auth database people won't change the IP to the external IP and they leave it at 127.0.0.1; if yours is set that way then bingo. One issue. If it's set to your dyndns URL then try changing it to your external IP; to check your external it's really simple as well. Go to whatismyip.com or any other IP finder site and it will tell you; Have your hosts been modified accordingly if you're running on Windows? What I'm trying to say is you want help, but you gave us no information, so we can't come any closer to a conclusion on what's wrong then what you can with what we have.
