Alright when transfering a character from one account to another, do the names registered on both accounts have to be the same?

When trying to transfer a character, it warns you that trying to transfer to anothr account that doesnt have the same name, can you get terminated...

How do i transfer the character?

i own both accounts btw.

Yes, they need the same name, lastname and adress.

Alright, what im talking about is:

Transfering one character to another account.

I want to be sure about the rules BEFORE i try anything because it says if you even try transfering a character to another account that doesnt have the same FIRST AND LAST name...youre terminated.

Now what i want to know is that just blizzard BS? because ive seen posts about just needing to be the same last name.
