Spawning vendor npcs, by an item

Hi, im looking, if there is a way, to make an object, that when i use it, shows a menu, with name's of vendors, that i have created, and when i click it, it let me spawn them, i have the sql, for spawning npc with an object, but i dont know, to make a menu on an object, and to make, the object able to spawn ( i know, how to make the script for teleport, but not for spawn )
