[Release] Spawn with s4 and Guardian items

After spending 2 hours making this sql file to my own server I decided to share it.

This sql file gives you full Brutal Gladiator and the new Honor Guardian items up on character creation (Pala retri Guardian's lacks sadly, so I had to use vindicator, same goes for spell damage crit neck )

I chose Elemental Brutal Gladiators to Shamans, Retribution Brutal Gladiator to Paladins, Feral Brutal Gladiator to Druids, Shadow Brutal Gladiator to Priest, Destro(Crit) Brutal Gladiator to Warlocks.
