What to do with accounts after i have all their info?

Okay so i got 3 valid accounts using my phishing website.

2 of them i am interested in since they have been subscribed since 07, giving the better possibility of a high lvl.

Both are frozen.

Should i leave their info and wait for them to put time on it or just call blizzard now and change the email to mine?

eh nvm for now, i check to see if i could get into parental option to check the SQA and they were all invalid.

So i wouldn't be able to call anyways. I also tried logging into their emails with WoW password that failed too.

But i would still know what to do in the situation where i do have a all valid info for an account.

You call Blizzard tell them their first and last name.

Give them SQ/A tell them to change email. (Thats if you have full info)

Well yes that as my first guess, but what if i have the same scenario of a frozen account but it has characters i want? would i wait for them to put time on it then recall?

well you can go to paid character transfer page and go through all the servers to see what characters he has while its frozen if thats what you mean?
