    Paypal limit usa account
    ok i made a paypal account like 2 years ago and have about $40 on it but i cant send any of the money. the paypal is from the usa i just made it random like john smith so i was wondering if adding a debit card or the vcc works to allow me to send the money to my main paypal. also for the vcc does any of the money go into your account like can you send the extra $12 now or is it just a fee? cuz if thats the case im just gonna get a debit card at jewel.
