Autoequip items when create characters

Hi, i was looking, if there is a way, to, when i create a character, it automatically have equiped the 36 slot bag, and tier 10, but on trinity i can find a db for that, is there a way, to do that, without c++ ??, or , is there a command that let me equip items on a slot ?

You can do it in the database, just open up the DB with e.x Navicat or Heidi & look for player_create_info or whatever the table is called nowdays.
