every time I extract ,i can't find "Wpe Pro.exe" where i extracted . I open PERM EDIT and searching for WPE PRO to get access,and i can't find it.. A help please?

That's because your AV is detecting it as a virus. Turn it off and you should have no problem. Also this isn't working anymore on the latest ascent.

You don't need ANY hacking skills at all to max out all of your talents. All you have to do is .levelup 70 spend received talent points, then do the command .resetlevel. After that level back up to 70, rinse,wash repeat. (Much easier).

Learn to .modify talentpoints 1000 0 =D
And yeah as Mike said this worked for everyone not just gm's =)
