Hello, i have some problems....

I want to get this talent on my priest:


And, when i do everything on a guide, i press on that talent, and it doesnt add nothing !

So i add it to calculator, do it to HEX and it shows me: 3A29...now what ?

Can anyone configure those rows and place a screenie in here ?
