i cannot connect database with mysql, i have tried couple instructions but i believe that mysql database or something is offline so maybe i can try tomorrow..

Damn i spent 2 hours trying to play my server how to i start and log in??

I'm having a spot of trouble...the first time I did this everything worked great! +rep =). But then when I tried to get on a second time, everything connected just like before but when I typed in my account and password it said it was wrong. So I tried the admin and gm ones and they didnt work either.
What it says is: The information is invalid...
Any ideas?
ALSO: the restarter is acting strange...

Yes m8. i ve thesame problem. weapon trainers and riding trainers not working. Guard dont say location and no body ( no npc and creatures )in outland and gm island.

I have the server up and running...ty for that 711, but i tried to get other people to join so i tried to change my ip to my external one, though when i do so i get stuck on connected. My neighbor has the same issue with connecting. Any help on how to fix this would be amazing.

hey people i made the server all fine and dandy loged in 2 it madea GM acc did some stuff
but .... i m stuck here i wanted 2 invite a friend over 2 it but i m kinda stuck at the making it avalible 2 other people part cant see 2 find the realmlist witch i have 2 change 2 my IP ... can i get some detailed help ? thank you !

I've got the same problem as this guy, I don't know which file to open and which program to use to open it. I used notepad on the three realmlist files in the realmd folder in the database folder, but I got some weird stuff from it.

Hey mate, awesome guide works perfect as long as you follow word for word. I have one problem though... When i try to change the realmlist to 127.0.0.1 and save it i can't as it says i dont have permission to save over the file an that my destination isn't set right even though im running on an Admiistrators acconunt =S please help me out as im really enthusiastic about getting this up and running as your guide works perfectly to here =(
