You did not have to uninstall your major program on C:/ and you should have asked for help before doing that
you may install it to another drive and relocate

NVM!! I tried the x86 and for some reason it works as charm. Now... Why the x64 doesnt work?
Could be missing DLL
Like
msvcp100.dll or msvcr100.dll and that error you get if you do not have VS2010 Installed in your computer
That happens with the X64, but the X86 works as charm, obviously idk why.
As I told you try to run logon.ece directly not through Arclaunch and give me screen
If you run MySQL and Appachi you may open your local browser at http://127.0.0.1
and there you find registration page
Ok, installed the VS2010, but the x64 still doenst work in any way. Also the Apache.bat opens a window on the cmd shell, stays a while, and then stops with the "apache is not started. Press any key to continue...".
This last thing is not surprising, since it didnt worked before when I tried it, before posting here for the first time. Nor manually, nor from the control panel of XAMPP.
EDIT: I started Mercury with success, but I dont know what its for.
Apache not starting there is many reasons for that most important make sure there is no program in your computer using port 443,80
Found something using the port 443 but only on remote, not on local. Also port 80 is free, so it may not be the reason.
If Apache is only needed for accessing the account registration page, can it be done by other means too? Because I only want the game for me, and maybe for my daughter.
