Cannot access Owned core on my network. Need to proxy. Common?

I've done some searching and haven't found anyone with this problem, and i don't really think this is a site bug, but my best choice for help.

I cannot get ownedcore to load for the last week or so. I am not sure what the problem is, it has worked on this network so it something new. I deleted all the cache/cookies, and even tried internet explorer (ew). Nothing was working, so i tried a proxy browser and voila!

So something seems to be blocking me from owned core. Really not a problem as most people use SVN for anything i need to download, but its a hassle and there are a few contributors with files to offer in .rar format and with the browsers i have tried i cannot get the download (due to a captcha not working) and i cannot get the link to paste into a non proxy browser.

Anyone have any ideas for solutions?

    Thanks!

Have you tried opening it with another browser and clearing your cache and cookies?

Yeah, as noted above, i have tried that. Thanks for the suggestion.

OK this is MENTAL! Ownedcore does not work on my ipad or another laptop when connected to this network. It seems to be either my ISP or something in my router. The router is a cable modem/router all in one deal from i believe xfinity. Very odd if they blocked it for some reason.

This applies to typing in the address or googling ownedcore and clicking a forum topic from googles search.. Its being blocked somehow (though it gives no notification)

    Any other theories?

Just a quick bump i have been using owned core for past 3 - 4 days perfectly fine today i donated $15 and around 3 hours later i can't use the website either i have tried chrome , internet explorer , mozilla

Tried restarting modem and computer with no luck

    Using a proxy works fine

Perhaps you can look into this issue again ?
