Donated - Can't use site now / 7 days+ and counting

So i donated over a week ago i know $15 might not be a massive amount of money but im sure every cent helps after donating the site stopped working i posted in the other thread about the issue and only being able to use site via proxy's was told 5 days ago its being looked into and haven't heard any update since ?

Okay, here is an update.. It is being looked into.
It has nothing to do with your donation, even though it is a weird coincidence. We are having a difficult time pinpointing what is causing the issue, that is why there are no updates.
Please refrain from creating new threads about it or bumping older threads on this issue. We are aware that it is an issue, but we are doing our best to solve it
