US-hosted servers

Hey,

I'm an Australian WoW player looking for a server to play on. It needs to be hosted in the US as EU servers give me 100-150 ms more latency (adding up to nearly 500ms) which makes PVP very difficult. It needs to be well populated. I don't mind which expansion, though my preference is for Cata or TBC if I had to choose. Instant leveling is strongly preferred. I've tried googling and logged on to many but the best ones are either located in Europe, contain too much custom content or are poorly populated.

@OP, check out this link. Top 100 its the top 100 emu servers but a bunch are outta date, so click around. Hope this helps!

Just a quick bump. Have looked at a lot of the servers on that list. Most fail through either being hosted on europe, or featuring too much custom content/pay to win sort of stuff.

I really just want instant max level, normal content and US - hosted. I can settle with a high levelling rate if it has the other two. Anyone know of a server like this? I'm happy to give one of the ones I may have dismissed a shot based on a recommendation.
