    Nothing afaik, in ToU of WoW said that blizz employes will never ask for pass or any information.
    And FBI dont have and other job then to invastigate your phising site.

    Phishing - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

    People have been jailed etc in the past, I would be worried. But I'm not lawyer so don't take what I say with any degree of seriousness.

    On the bright side for you

    our complain and they are staring investigation. We have also received confirmation from FBI that they are staring investigation too.
    complain should be complaint, staring should be starting. Usually proper legal firms don't make spelling mistakes, could be a hoax/fake.

    In my experence ripway is the most laid back with WoW phishing sites but as posted it was prob. some punk that found your email and got his account scammed.And as long as you don't live in a state which bans phishing no matter what but I don't think New jersey Correct me if i'm wrong enforces law on all types of phishers.

    If that's your legit IP address, then you know that atleast the email is from the hosting company. Someone that just got their account stolen wouldn't have access to that information, nor the times of access. What the company does with that information is up to them. It could just be scare-tactics or they may have reported you to the authorities.

    However, it really is your fault. No proxies? C'mon dude, start thinking.

    I read the other post about this same company, nothing happened to him . I will be fine but I am not gonna lie it scared the crap outta me. Definitely gonna rethink phishing... lol or at least use ripway
