Chances of getting cought using a stolen CC?

Im asking this question for a friend, he got a stolen CC and he was wondering what are the chances of being cought using it if he were to connect to his neighbors router and use ToR? He was thinking of buying legit accounts with it and then selling them to places like toonstorm for cash. Then using the cash to buy gold, keys, and stuff like that.

i wouldnt do it........ scamming accounts/gold is another thing but stolen credit cards?....eh I dont think its worth the risk of getting caught

Yeah better don't do it with credit cards. It can take you in big trouble. Scammed Gold/Accounts/Cd Keys/Game Cards are fine, but credit card is whole new level ^^

If you still decide to do it tho, have in mind few tips:
1. Don't order big and expensive things. Try to go with things 50-60$max or less.
2. Use public PCs. Computer club, free internet machines, etc. Places where you can't be tracked. Even tho Tor is option too, i just don't have enough trust in it ^^
3. Make the shipment to fake adres. DO NOT use yours. Try to get it shipped to abandoned house or something like that. Place a note on the door "we're not home, if you deliver our xxxxx please, put it in the mailbox" or something like that.

These are the tips i can give you, but the best thing is not to use stolen CCs for anything .... (like i did few years ago and got my wow account banned ^_^ and i am happy that was the only thing that happened...)

very bad imo. Stolen CCs are not something to be playing with. Could lead to jail time in the long run if it catches up to you!

With TOR and other person's router, there's a very small chance. I would personally go to starbucks or someone's house further away, because if it is ever tracked to his neighbor's house, he will likely be one of the first suspects.

Using a stolen CC is very very stupid
Scamming Chinese is one thing... Using a stolen CC is a completely different thing
Most People/ Companies take CC theft very seriously and will pursue it very strongly

But if you must do it, it would be safest to go to an Internet Cafe and do all the buying there.

... i got my car broken in ... 2 weeks later they used the cc they stole from my car... 3 weeks later they arrested him and i sued him ...
