Is it possible to ban account using CD Keys?

Hey i was wondering if its possible someone who knows my WoW and TBC keys to report me to blizzard for like scammed keys or something and get my acc banned?

Phew..Because i scammed a guy for WoW + TBC Key and now he said he is going to contact Blizzard and report for stolen keys to get the account banned <_<

Wait, if he were to call in from a wal-mart phone, and acted like some of the keys returned to the store were said to be invalid, and then ask them to check the keys, if they actually had someone registered to a account with those keys, that's a ban!
