FunServers Makes more Noobs?

well today, well this whole 2 months and i have seeing nubs that don't know that the keep missing and don't realize that you need to get you weapon skill up -.-
but when i had a blizz like server 95% of the player did not need a GM at all and so what do you think? most noobs play Fun servers because they cant deal with the fact that they suck?

So true. Funservers are wayy overrated. I came to emulation because I loved the leveling system (Blizzlike) but I didn't feel like paying and could get over a few bugs.

Noobs come from retail to get "epix" on servers like hswow, then they go back to retail and then quit lol.

indeed, i have so many nubs on my server that i get so stressed out i shutdown the server how about a week >.>

Sure there is many noobs at funservers and ofc they wanna get epix and kill illidan 'n stuff but its a funserver T6 and stuff from vendors.I was a noob year
or two ago [geared my druid with rogue T3 because it looked cooler]But you need to remember that there is always noobs who dont know anything about wow since they have lvl 10 mains.They only know that illidan is l33t boss and drops legendary loot.

i had a funserver i was hosting i got a pm every 2 min saying what do i do now after they did the welcome quest... even though thier was a tele npc right next to him clearly saying in bold TELEPORT NPC

yes this evaluation of gamers are pissing me off these kids that play that are about 14 v i have to hold there hand as they play

I play some, but only if they have ALOT of new content that Blizz does NOT offer.

me too, i rather play blizz like and with people with SKILL and not just all armor i am trying to add a blizz like realm to my server ^_^ might be a fail tho

i do play fun servers too VCN mostly and as S7 said that server has content which blizzard dont offer [S4] but not any other stuff..

well to me i think most fun servers are getting stupid with all these DB jackers and non-original
content, i have been to 5 servers with all malls spawned same spot all in Shatt and the funny thing is they max about 400 people a day that really pissed me off because my server is a Re-pack but we deleted all the malls and stuff and put original content and yet we are not noticed allot but yet those people using repacks and doing nothing but answering tickets gets the most people and making allot of money from there donations.

T20 is not funny in pvp lol and since many funservers are insta 70 gear up go pvp and raid randomly

I hate instant 70. The best realms are Blizzlike and Battleground.

All you need to do is take a cut in donations, not make overpowered gear or anything, and just have donations for like premade characters (I.E. - 70 Shaman with 200 starting gold).... but thats the max. You won't make as much but your growth will be much faster and constant.
