1. Make sure you have the latest PQR update/offsets
2. Test a different profile to make sure it's a profile specific problem
3. Make sure display LUA errors is enabled in WoW interface options just in case you are getting an error with the profile or clash with addon etc.
You should see some log messages appear when you enable the profile which say "Cooldowns: disabled" and such, so the fact you say "nothing happens" is suggestive of a more general problem.

I have your Combat and Sub profile, using Vitalic's Data and Assassination profile. Pqr is up to date with latest offsets, everything is working fine except that thing.

Can you tell me on how much % is Recuperate set to be used outside combat with spare CPs? Im asking this since i notice that, if you have after combat active SnD and spare CP's profile does not use spare CPs on Recuperate. It just let them drop. This is tested on 80% of HP and up.

Is it possible to add based on mob id? It seems there are two types of living fluid -- ones that explode into purple puddles and those who go red. I'd just want to attach red exploders.

by default the bot opens by itself and if you want to do it manually you probably should check the "require combat to execute rotation" checkbox

I've been experiencing one problem.
When using the profile, which is awesome btw, and then ALT-TAB into Windows for a while, both PQR and WoW freezes.
I'am totally unable to get the WoW Window back on, and i have to shutdown both pqr.exe and wow.exe from task manager.
I dont know if this error is unique to your profiles, or if using a fresh install of PQR is gonna help.
It might just be an error unique to me.
But 'im gonna test out a fresh install, and some other profiles. It might be a bug with PQR not handling me minimizing the WoW window while it's hooked.
Recuperate will be used under the following circumstances:
1. Less than 100% health
2. Less than 5 combo points or Redirect is on cooldown
The reason I don't use the combo points when at 5cps is because you might be storing those up before a boss fight or when switching between heads on Megaera for example.
Post your problem in the main PQR thread (PQR - Rotation Bot), someone might have a solution
Envenom demand 35 energy but to launch 55/60 energy, is very slow. Is this normal?

Yes it's optimal to wait until 55-60 energy so you can get 2 Mutilates during the Envenom buff. It doesn't do this during Vendetta however because you don't want any gaps in the Evenom buff during Vendetta.
For the training dummy, add the French name for the training dummy in the SpecialAggro function within the data file (PQR_notvalid.lua)

Thanks. I have no intention of adding PQI support though, it's an additional dependency that has to be maintained and it's also a (potential) security risk. Changing the binds with a text editor is a two second process which I can write an explanation for if anyone is completely unfamiliar with scripting.
I suppose I could simplify it further by creating a table with each bind in one unified place so it's more trivial to change them, which would also make carrying over the changes between updates more efficient, will see what I can do.
I don't really see how you could automate Rogue PvP, it's too situational. I checked out one or two of the Subtlety profiles and they looked awful.The amount of logic that would be required to replicate the actions of even a mid-tier player is soul-destroying to think about. I use a few basic features when PvPing like auto-sap, auto-restealth and so on but nothing that is worthy of a release.

as far as pvp logic it wouldnt be to hard ;p, and not 100% random all the time^^, only thing that could change is openers//burst witch can be made into key binds, other than that you have your normal roto,
