I trust Chazwazza more then the regular model edit fix, and this is more sexier with only a easy .exe with launch and no need to set up configs ;D

but where do you get those other MPQ files?

in my folder i have:

another folder called enGB
common.MPQ
expansion.MPQ
patch.MPQ


what other MPQ files do I need? can I download them? how do i get them? thanks

The fix isn't even starting up wow anymore.


It goes to a black screen. I get a little disorented screen flash then it oes back with no wow start,

Worked once before last night. Tried it once I got home from school. Doesn't work. Hit find patch and it does the same thing. Tried to reinstall is also and nothing

Someone's confirmed with me, apparently all mpq archives must now have their extensions in CAPS.

yes i can confirm this MPQ files have to have uppercase .MPQ for them to work I'm using a US client have not tested this on EU thought.

Posting it here too hoping someone knows whats wrong.

My DBC edits wont work, wether i made them myself or with Glitchy's MES, they wont seem to load.

I saved them as patch-#.mpq, not .MPQ as the other models (who works perfectly btw.) as Chazwazza said in the original post.

I do not get this to work..
Without any costome .MPQ's it works fine. But when I out my MPQ's in the data folder.. It does not even start WoW.. Worked like.. 1 or 2 times.. But not anymore. Please fix! Wonderful thing this fix

Hi its working for me except the fact that the mpqs arent loading so is it that I need new mpqs? I mean it comes up to my character but his race hasnt been changed to whats in the date folder. I tried changing the usual numbers to uppercase letters and theyre still not working for me. Any help?
