I don't think there is one, you might have to go without while you're on the PTR!
    I don't do tutorials.

What would be this point in re-writing a (complex?) program in order to use it for model editing for a VERY short period of time? After all blizzard puts out so many patches for the PTR before it hits re-tail, the program would probably be broken more times then you could re-write its VB code! So bottem line is - it really wouldn't be worth it at all.

On a second note, has there ever been a PTR model edit?

Uhm .. If you'd know how that thing is made: There is no need to rewrite everything. The biggest thing of "rewriting" is to get the new build number. That's it.

Edit: Oh well, I see that he actually hardcodes the addresses instead of useing a pattern to detect them. So it would be a bit more work then just changing the number.

There are three addresses that get modified. Two are just nop ed out, the other one is getting something else. (I just guess a jne to je or something like that. Didn't look into it.)

So conclusion: Get the updated address yourself and just overwrite it in there and you will have a new fix.
