I wonder if this:
The game client may monitor your computer's RAM and/or CPU processes for unauthorized third party programs running concurrently with the game. An unauthorized third party program is defined as any third party software (including Addons) that facilitates cheating; intercepts, mines or collects information from the game database; or allows modifying or hacking of the game interface, environment or experience in any way not expressly authorized by Blizzard Entertainment.
is actually true, and not some generic empty "threat". I wonder also if it is legal.
From my understanding HB has a tripwire for detection. It is more secure, but I would not rule out a banwave regarding ANY bot.
1: EU
2: PQR then PE
3: 72H
4: PC
5: Never used PQR/PE in PvP
Is everyone's subscription payment due the same day? Playing a little conspiracy theory here because my renewal payment was completed on the 21st.
You want to get ahold of these guys and get your stuff overturned, this is the best place to start![]()

I got one out of two overturned here in the past due to catching them in contradictory statements within their support tickets, and guess what... BOOM, We're are sorry for the issues blah blah blah...
sortof plays out like this how i see it on their end,,,
CS "Flip the switch."
AA "WTF you on crack"
Michael Morhaime "nigga plz,,,, i created godmode trainers in d2"
Email "yo we got ya sh*t turned on. we need ya money"
Since I lost two accounts, I wonder if I should wait 7-8 months and then send in a wtf type ticket?
I know data is kept for a certain period of time...
The data is kept forever, as in "admin notes" on your account, just like admins on forums / torrent trackers if you know what I mean (or even like guild notes set by officers, but private ones which you ofc can't see), therefore they will still be able to see why you got banned. If I were you and I would have some sort of good defense / story, I would ticket as soon as possible. Focus on your main account mainly tho, then see what you can do on the second one. Good luck!
So i received my ban mail 72 hour wedesday at 20:50 but it still says locked i am now more then 72 hours further in time.
Im done....

I blame the idiots making ridiculous threads like "Post how elite your dps is compared to everyone else!"
Too much exposure. PQR lasted this long soley on the fight club rule.
R.I.P. PQR. 2014 never forget.
When you create a battlenet account now theres 3 conditions you have to accept... 1 of them is a anti cheating agreement and this is what it says...
In an effort to combat the efforts of those individuals who are willing to violate the EULA and/or the TOU, Blizzard Entertainment utilizes an "anti-cheating" utility that runs as part of Blizzard Games. This "anti-cheating" utility performs limited scans of:
"the Windows Process List to determine if any confirmed hacking or cheating programs are presently open in violation of the Blizzard Games Terms of Use"
So they are scanning our windows process list on our PC's to look for certain programs that they don't like. I don't think that is legal but who knows.
