I scammed an account and I was wanting it know if you have to change their email to mine before I transfer, or is it ok if I left it to theirs? Thanks

You can leave it at theirs if he doesnt play the account but if he does i advise you to change it on FRIDAY and on Friday night only..

Why not on a tuesday day, Usually on tuesday i would go out and do whatever till 2:00 EST.

Because during any day of the week monday - friday they can just simply call blizz and recall their account..Leaving you with nothing.

Thanks, I transferred the toon and was in the process in banning the account, but I guess he got wind of it and changed the password, I was speedhacking, spamming and using racial slurs...

Do you think that would be enough to get the account banned?

Speedhacking will get you banned indefinitely but the minor infractions like spamming and racist remarks only gets you a 72 hour account suspension.
