recall account, need help

if im the original owner of an account, sell it. get scammed.

i will be left with the last name on the account and cd keys


can i recall the account using my cd keys and last name?

also, if the scammer does a char X fer then bans the account.

i contact blizz say i was hacked w/e do they transfer my chars back and restore my account?

also i can fax in my ID card millions of times because it will be legit hahah, so the scammer will have to do the same until his phony ID wont cut it cause idk blizz might keep track of the different IDs then do some real investigation.

you will need secret answer aswell, then there shouldnt be a problem, and if it is banned, then send in ID then tell them about the character missing and they should restore it to the account.

dont get me wrong, if i do get paid with a fair transaction i will let them keep the account hahahahaha, rofl.
