Upon running this on my virtualBox I received an instant ".. has stopped working" error.

hum, not support 64bit I think, and yes you need Framework .NET 3.5, it's written in C#.

Remove the "-", an example if you need disable M2 collision you write "collision m2 off", if you need change current time write "time 1:08"
