What really sucks is I was only able to get my Warlock to level 10 then I tried to launch glider later and it said something like it was detected.

I usually give my friend's my account info and ask them to log in and play my char for a little bit, then change my IP address before i bot. So i can sneak through with the hacked theory.

But, not this time my warrior got nailed.

Last thing... -- Ironic that they take THIS much action over users like myself who don't have time to sit at my PC all day and let blizzard suck out my soul, yet I'm logged onto my priest and seeing "WELCOME TO SUSANEXPRESS.COM 19.95=3000GOLD" fly across the trade chat. Ummm ban them, not us?

pur3 - How quickly did you find out your account was banned? Because I've been able to log in since about ..... noon and now its 11pm. Thats why I'm wondering if I'm safe or not. Condolences to your warrior.

Blizz doesn't have phone support. They know that, but goodluck.

I really wished i could get mine back, but the only ip in my log is my own. and from what i've read you need to have a diff. ip that's been on your account.

Here is my email I just sent to them:

I am writing this email regarding my account ******. I have recently been banned for a third party program? I am outraged! My account is stolen from me and I have to suffer once again!? I changed my password to prevent outside sources from accessing my account. If you check your logs you will be able to see that as soon as I realized someone had access to my account I did everything in my power to take control back of it.

I called Blizz and they said that I should check for a key logger. I ran a virus scan and what do you know. I was infected with a key logger known as “Armadax”. I quickly got the tools to quarantine and remove it. I feel that it is my fault that I compromised the security of my account but I think it is unjust that you banned me. Is there anyway you can check the logs and see that I was not the person using this third party program?

My WoW account was not the only thing taken. My person and work email were also hijacked. There is so much that I am dealing with and this would help a lot if we could sort this out.

Please investigate this further for me, as I really believe that I was hacked. Whoever got the key logger on my computer is the one using the third party program. I only play legit.

Just tell me if you need anything else from me.

Your first argument doesnt make sense.. they dont say you should sit at it all day.. In fact they discourage more than 2 hours.
You play whenever its convenient for you.

Also. They DO ban the gold spammers.. The gold farmers make enough money to afford to buy new accounts for advertising.

All i can say is. Stop QQing like little girls. You broke their rules. Simple.

I ALMOST used openbot the other day for the first time in a few months.
Only reason I didn't was because I found the leaked Wotlk stuff and started working on it.

Would have had 6 70's banned, wouldn't have been happy...

my botting account is still safe. no mail, no login msg. i dont have that high hopes, since i botted yesterday for about 1 hour (but not the days before). maybe im lucky and survive it, maybe not.
