So I know that you guys have mentioned that in order to best protect our accounts, we should have a minimum of 2 hours not logged in to our GO accounts before using your website, but I was wondering if you have any change to the recommended 30 minutes after using your website before logging in suggestion? I've seen your site having more issues lately, and I'm sure that's because of all the recent security updates from Niantic, but I have thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated your site and I'd like to continue using it for a little while longer at least, especially since I'm trying to get myself a few high IV and hard to find Pokemon, which your site has been invaluable for doing so. Thanks for everything and I hope you keep up the great work!

Yep, their email response time has not improved one bit since the previous "mis identification" of emails.

The auto capture is also not working. An "any IV" Pidgey set for AUTO has still not been captured and it has been 24 hours.

We do not have email support over the weekend.

Auto catches were temporarily disabled whilst we enabled regional Pokemon and are now running as normal.

Go to "History" then "Pending auto catches" then hit cancel button under Pokemon graphic.

I'm pretty sure their auto catch feature is broken. I've had multiple, simple catches, pending for days and days even while they can be manually caught.
