    This means that Niantic knows you caught those pokemon using the third party API capturepokemon uses via Bossland. The API is detectable now & pokemon caught in the future will more then likely result in them having a red line across them & they will basically be rendered useless in battle/gyms. This also means Niantic knows you used the API and you COULD be banned in the future, the red line warnings are a newer implementation by Niantic and there is not really any further information I can provide for you.

    An extremely small amount of customers have reported having crosses through some of the Pokemon caught through our systems.

    Please get in touch with us through the contact link on our site and we will be happy to assist in replacing the Pokemon with ones that are not suspended from gyms.

    To be honest, i'm just gonna take my losses and transfer my pokémon caught via your service and quit using it.

    Thanks for the website, it filled up my pokédex quite nice. Glad I've used it mainly to catch a lot of pokémons just for their candy.

    I'm probably going to do the same thing myself, I'm just frustrated because there were like two Pokemon I acquired through the website that have very good IVs and I really don't want to go through the hassle of reacquiring difficult to obtain Pokemon like them, especially ones with such good IVs...any suggestions capturepokemon?

    I'm doing the same. I wouldn't mind a refund but I just transferred all the ones I caught on this site. There were some really good ones too.

    Eh I'm not really too worried about a refund. The site did a very good job for helping me flesh out my Pokedex to be completely full (with the exception of one Pokemon's other gender and that's just because the spawn rate for the other gender is just ridiculously low -_-) and really assisted me in making significant progress on acquiring the necessary amounts of candies for several Pokemon I've got marked for my team that I just can't acquire the resources for making them viable party members in a timely manner (i.e. bloody Ampharos). And I will say this, while Niantic did mark like 15 Pokemon that I most assuredly had acquired through the website, there are a fair amount more that they either chose to ignore or have missed, and so I'm just going to hold onto those for the foreseeable future as they are rare Pokemon that I hope could be used for good trading material, should that mechanic ever be introduced.

    I feel the same way. I just don't want to spend the remaining 17,000 coins I have on the site and for those I'd take a refund. I'm afraid I'll get banned if I use them now.

    Oh well damn I didn't realize you had so many coins still left. I was able to get my remaining amount to a little over 2,000, which considering how many I've spent total on the site, I can be satisfied with that result. If you're worried about getting banned, might I suggest an idea that I had since I too was very worried about getting banned, especially when I received an in-game warning about third-party software using my account? I created a brand new account, basically to act as a dummy holder, and then sent all of my catches to that account to be accumulated and then accessed down the road if/when trading becomes a thing, because at that point I'll just borrow my girlfriend's phone, log in under the dummy account, and trade all the goodies to my main account. Now I do realize that really the biggest benefit to this would be for completing the Pokedex, as a brand-new dummy account isn't a high enough level to either specify IVs to look for, nor will the CPs of the captured Pokemon really be all that powerful, and will thus require fair amounts of Stardust and Candies. I personally used a dummy account to acquire a Shiny Magikarp, since I tried to do it once with my main account but the website kept taking too long on the collections and ultimately failed too many times that I got too nervous to continue to let the site use my main account to keep encountering Magikarp all over the place in order to acquire a Shiny one. It may be low CP and I'm not even going to try and defend it's IVs, but having a Shiny Magikarp and ultimately a Shiny Gyarados in my main account is well worth whatever it'll take to eventually get him traded over. Hope this...long-winded explanation might help you in some way. Hope you can find yourself a reasonable solution!

    I have sent you an email. Thank you for your help. It is a HUGE list of very high level maxed out CP Pokémon. All evolved ones and super rare ones. I pretty much had to delete all my best Pokémon. Heartbreaking. I look forward to your help.

    We have identified that Pokemon caught whilst warnings were handed out between April and May will not be available for gyms.

    Any Pokemon caught since May, including since the latest release, will not be affected. Anything you catch now will be available as normal.

    Please contact us to arrange for a coin credit for any lost Pokemon (we will need to manually verify all queries, so please bear with us).

    Oh no! Are you kidding me?? I already deleted most of them! This is awful! I spent SO much time leveling them up and evolving them.

    I'm really "p" I haven't been able to sign on my account because capturepokemon been trying to obtain Stardust for me... there has not been any activity on my account from what they're saying for almost 3 days I have emailed them twice with no response I've use their services before and they were very prompt on what I needed to be done... my question is is there something wrong why haven't they finished my order??

    So I can wait a whole Nother 6 days?? I've emailed you several times and you reply here... what's going on... seriously...? Because none of my emails was answered and then you tell me to cancel and try again... like it's nothing... I've been off my account for 6 days and you nonchalantly tell me to start over...     CapturePokemon support has been Great on my problems. I can't begin to praise their services enough. It's Niantic trying to deter cheaters that is causing your problems, not Capturepokemon... they are trying their best to offer options to those of us who can't afford to travel the world to capture Pokémon. I just fear CapturePokemon's days are numbered and I'm thankful they are still offering anything, problems or no problems.
