From what I've experienced with shiny catches, the time they give on the website is an estimate, but it can be quite varied. My first shiny attempt didn't get me anything after a couple of days, at which point they canceled the collection for me, but the second time I used the feature, I acquired one within less than a 12 hours. Unfortunately I accidentally chose one of my dummy accounts as the recipient and not my player account, so that shiny Magikarp is just going to have to sit there until trading becomes a thing or whatever.
I'd like to know when the regional Pokemon are going to get their IVs back because I'm basically just waiting on a decent IV Heracross with the moveset that I desperately want, but it seems like just Mr. Mime and Tauros are the only two regional Pokemon right now that have their IVs displayed. I'm guessing that's because the website is based out of England, but if not then I got no clue and it's really frustrating me because that's the last Pokemon I'm currently seeking.

How recently? And did it show the cp and IV before you had successfully captured it or did you find out after you had obtained it?
We specifically state "in general" because it depends on account luck. We have instances where it takes 30 minutes, and other instances where it takes 5 days.
Each encounter has a chance to be shiny, and we will encounter over and over until we find one, taking regular breaks.
At the moment the displaying of CP and IV on the website is more complicated than it needs to be; and over time it will improve. This is a trade off we had to accept in order to offer regional Pokemon. We simply do not have enough level 30+ accounts, and it's becoming harder and harder to level.
Essentially, in order to offer regional Pokemon we have to feed data into our site from multiple locations around the world. The most popular locations (Europe and the USA) are capable of showing IV's and CP's, but the remaining locations currently cannot.
Niantic have become increasingly strict in recent weeks, and in order to provide a service that is not interupted, we choose to accept that we will not always be able to show IV's and CP's.
That said - Auto catches will continue to process IV based values, and the auto catch system has access to the full database of active Pokemon (whereas the website only shows you the closest of each Pokemon.
We continue to welcome any feedback and are actively working to make the site simple and fun to use. Just yesterday we added Shiny Gyarados back to the site.
Our absolute highest priority is protecting your accounts, and we will continue to be. Without you feeling safe on our site, we would have no site.

So I just installed the new update to the game and all Pokémon I caught through this website during the dates of 4/12 to 4/19 have red lines through them. I cannot find information ANYWHERE on the internet about this. Can someone tell me what this means??

The website looks amazing, but why are those pokemons so little? i have to zoom in like 200% to see a blurred pokemon.
