Is it safe to host your own phising site with WAMP?

I would like to know if i could get into some serious trouble if i host my own phising site myself.

Or will "they" just ask me to take the site down?

I'm assuming that if you're only phishing WoW accounts and not bank PINs.
You should be fine, and if it is found out, they won't ask you, they will just take it down.

Umm.. i would be hosting it on my own computer. So they would ring my ISP and have them close my connection?

It would be possible if someone got pissed they could trace you EASIER than an online host. And find all your info and scare you. I wouldn't.
