Manual catching on their site works fine, the auto catch doesn't seem to be working at all. Just a heads up. All the Pokemon its sniped manually for me have been 100% perfect no slashes even after a couple weeks so thats good at least.
Finally, it's all working perfect again, auto catches, stardust, shiny Pokémon even hard to find blissy, tyranitar, etc are auto catching with no problems! I'm burning through my coins quick, now! Great Job getting things working again CapturePokemon

So I had an auto-catch set up that completed itself earlier today, and when I logged in to examine my newest acquistions, I found out I had been soft banned, but when I tried using the normal methods of clearing a soft ban, I had no such luck. What's going on?
Never mind. The soft ban appears to be gone now for some reason.
Hi, When are you going to improve the Pokemon number? @ this moment the choice and number of Pokemon is a disaster.
I have emailed over and over and over and gave them all the specifics they requested and they responded ONE time that they would credit me coins back but no money and yet they still have not credited me a single thing. This is outright stealing at this point.
We are continuing to work through our back log of emails, which currently stands at just over 200 outstanding tickets. In order to speed up responses, we have today hired a further 2 customer service agents, both of whom will be working full time on addressing tickets as quickly as possible. We are also looking at options to add Live Chat to our site in order to provider faster responses.
I deeply apologize for the frustration in slower than usual responses. We have seen a significant increase in usage, which caught us off guard and we unfortunately reacted too slowly in bringing on board additional staff.
The vast majority of customers are able to use our site without issue, and where problems are found we very often provide additional coins as compensation.
Behind the scenes we have continued to improve the service, and have recognized that auto catches appear to be having problems at the moment. We will be deploying a fix today that should put them back into a good working order. Additionally, we will be launching a candy service today to remove the reliance on auto catches (working the same way as the item collections).

We have recently updated our systems to only shows Pokemon within 3 miles of your previous catch. Every 10 seconds, this radius increases, maximizing to the scale of the globe after 2 hours.
After you catch a Pokemon, if you find that nothing is available that you're interested in, simply wait and every 10 seconds more Pokemon will become available, taking a maximum of 5 minutes to catch.
