i have a question regarding 100% IV Dratini's. i caught dratini's with 100% IV. my question is do i need to power up it or straight evolve up to dragonite? will it change the % of IV if: i straight evolve it or power up then evolve? thanks.

Evolve first to see what move sets it gets.

I running 4 account with 6Hour bot for 1 account average 25-30k exp/hour now. So far passed 2 account with no any ban yet. I plan to increase exp/hour rate.
