if i understood correctly the instruction on page 1, what I did is when you open dream team folder erase all the log there then you open necrobot then there will be new log folder of your logs then click the new log and click save as as thnen change it to .bat then once you finish upload that on sporkforge.com

- I'm from country A with country A's IP address, if I snipe a pokemon listed on PokeSniper that the coordinate is actually come from other country, will Niantic know about that? Will I get banned?

- The "snipping" process is it "jump" to that coordinate in that country from my current location (Country A) to catch the pokemon right?

I think it's different from the "jump to coordinate" that you think off. normally, IF you decided to "jump" using, say, a location spoofer while running the pogo app, then you WILL immediately get soft banned. "sniping" does not get you soft banned (particularly pokestop and catch-flee ban) like that. I guess you have to wait for someone with technical know-how to exactly know the difference but it seems like niantic servers does not flag you as someone who is "jumping" to far-off coordinates in an unhuman-like way when you "snipe"

There is a risk however to sniping. if you snipe aggressively, meaning you snipe pokemon to pokemon in a relatively short amount of time, you can get soft-banned or perma-banned.

the community don't know exactly the rules of soft-ban or perma-ban but they have narrowed it down enough to know how to bot carefully to reduce the chances of getting banned.
