Hello, i were trying to buy a thing and i changed my home location on paypal, because the one i had first didn't work.
This one worked, but i need proof of a adress, but all info is false, so i was wondering if someone could help me out`?

I think they mail you something to prove it with some digits you need to give them what were inside the letter.
