No the first ban wave was the 8th August some people just recieved it after being banned at this date, also Niantic have banned people on their previous games and send the mail one month after.

We just have to wait until someone hacks into the PoGo database, retrieves information until they can an unflag all the banned accounts, LET THE BOTS ROAM FREE.

Simply logging into bots will get you banned now. It's not the configs guys, it's the actual requests from the bots to the API. Until the API is fixed to fully mimic the REAL API, you will get banned no matter how "safe" your config is.

Botting days are over until the API is fixed.

Send another ban appeal for my main acc wich has banned for over 2 weeks now. They clearly state that if you have received a termination email you cannot get your account back in anyway or form.
I have NEVER received any termination email following the "failed to get data bla bla' message i got on pokemon go. I know this is a long shot but this gives me the smallest hope.
They also say that if you have not received any mail and still receive errors that it could be server problems (wich its obviously not for me!)

I will keep sending ban appeals in hopes of getting my main back

anyone banned who played with his mobile phone and use there a fake gps to walk around?
I think they scan not only the gps cords. they also read how high u are and how the angle of the smartphone is or so?

It's been 3 days since I got banned. No email whatsoever. Nada. I just farm and catch Pokemon on my main account, no sniping or whatever, manually transfer and evolve Pokemon.
Wellllll...... I guess that's the end of it. LOL

I found out some useful information related to nox, Iv Calculator, necro bot, & poke sniping. I'd advise to everyone to take this information with grain of salt as I share this info as means to protect yourself and not getting banned. I have some surprising results bellow. Please note the perma ban (assuming it is) is with the message "failed to get game data" and cannot be logged in at all. Regardless if version is updated, deleted, re-downloaded etc:

Nox: Nox will you get you banned only if you start teleportation beyond your vicinity. By doing so, you will be temp banned, thus latter will be flagged for perma banned. Always use your coordinates, not the default.

Pokesnipe: Whether fast or slow, this will mark you for perma ban. I honestly don't care what moron out there provides the program for pokesniping, you're better off not doing it at all ether manually or even automatic. I've seen this red message error pop up even in human-like mode and it still flags you.

Necrobot: I wont say much because I do not want to ruin it for others or the bot itself. Simply said, don't get greedy with the bot default functions. I ran the bot a week now at lv 30 with regular default settings using pokestops/movement pdf only. If I want it to catch pokemon, I make sure I check list catch every pokemon upon encounter. I never run feeder to avoid using pokesnipe. Once again, only modify whether you want to use pokestops or catch based on encounter. That's it.

Iv calculator: This is where Niantic is loosing people. Even with using my main account strictly and only for IV checking and making main team IV perfect for pure kick-ass teams... I got a perma ban on this one. I feel bad loosing my main lv 25 account that I worked so hard on. I always hang out daily in down town where the pokemon are incredibly active there. I have decided to avoid if any, IV perfect pokemon and just focus on high CP.

I hope this serves as a glimmer of hope but yes, follow what was mentioned above and you shall be fine.

Hey guys. What do you see when you log in to your ,,banned" PTC account on a webpage? Maintance seems to be done and my Nox used account has been reset to lvl 1, no pokemons, just nothing. No email received so far. If u botted, are u able to see all your progress as long as u dont receive the message ,,failed to get the game data" right? Just wondering...

Down Detector there are many people struggling to get in to the game without cheating. At least they call themselves non-cheaters. The result I heard as long as u don't get an email nothing is lost, just this ignorance from niantic keeps pissing me off.
