I have botted two accounts to level 25 and level 17 over 4 days without any kind of bans at all.
Have they slowed down with the ban rollouts? Or do they just rollout these bans all at once?

Guys, after 5 days i submitted a ban appeal, 30 mins ago i received a new mail from Pokemon GO Team, and i can confirm to all of you guys, that this is a permaban, sorry (my ticket is still openned, i don't know what else to say, my account was legit ;_; **ck you Niantic, hope you get a lot of server issues). Why im pretty sure is a permaban?, because Niantic is using the word "terminated".

I got the same thing a few days ago, more or less:

That was sent on Sunday at 1 PM. I keep getting "Failed to get game data from the server" on my google account, but I have no issues whatsoever getting in on my PTC account (which has virtually playtime whatsoever.); I also get the "server issues" screen from time to time on google.
It's been nearly 4 days. If I'm actually permabanned, I'd like to be notified about it, and not just be left in the dark because of an automated response/form letter.

Guys I submitted a ticket about 2 days ago after my other ticket got 'solved'. It's still open and I haven't received an email from niantic yet... I'm using a ptc account and I have never used a hack. I play almost everyday and they probably thought I was hacking. Unable to login for 4 days already. (I look at every forum regarding to this 'ban' so don't say stuff like " playing legit on a bot/ hacking forum?"

One of the bad thing is that one account i played legit reach level 23 caught a snorlax personally also get banned haizzz really giving up

Ok.
So a little update about my accounts.
In a previous post I had mentioned that one of my 2 botted accounts was banned. Few days later the other one was banned too.
And today I got an e-mail from Niantic. Pic attached.
Please note: I DID NOT CONTACT NIANTIC IN ANY WAY. I DID NOT SUBMIT A BAN APPEAL. I STILL GOT THE EMAIL.
And it mentions that the ban is permanemt unless you appeal and they find that it was a false positive. So yeah, rip my accounts.
