And it mentions that the ban is permanemt unless you appeal and they find that it was a false positive. So yeah, rip my accounts.

No one at Niantic is checking for false positives. Its a line they threw in there for appearences.

If you look at the rejection letters from the people who appealed its simply a regurgitation of the same form email everyone got with the addition of one extra sentence saying you are SOL.

Niantic has always been a joke in the customer service arena so don't expect any one to get their bans lifted... even the poor saps they shut down who were playing legit and were wrongfully banned aren't going to get a second look much less a reprieve. That company barely knows how to operate much less provide adequate customer support.

I got the email from niantic today at 02:00 am (GMT+2)
Botted from level 1
80% botted in Barcelona (living here)
Some days botted in Central Park (new york), Sidney(Australia), DIsneyLand (tokyo)
Never Snipped, just leveled and trying to catch all pokes.

I wont submit a ban appeal, cuz it was botted 100%
My main account is blocked (failed to get data from server) since Sunday but this account that got the mail was blocked from Monday, hope can recover my main account... just botted from 26 to 30 but i think all my accounts will be f***d.
