Got account name and password, now what?

So, in one of my recent scamming extravaganzas, one of the accounts I got only got me the account and password. What can I do with just those two pieces of info? Is it possible to transfer characters? It has a rogue with thunderfury on it, so I'd really like to get it. Any help is appreciated!
