best if have lvl 5 with gym and stuff, fill out a form (email and nick name you could use google auto fill for faster)
those nick name, reason gps spoof/bad behav, say bad word vv..

I got a legit account that has never been into a gym fight.
Just a low level that I used a little on my phone and nobody else has its name, so we can test this out with it.

I got banned 3 days ago. I didn't bot in 2-3 weeks. The night before I was even showing off some pokémons to my friend. The morning later bam, can't login anymore. What the ****

I had 3 accounts. On 2 i used Haxton (both around lvl 25) but never really logged in on them on a real device.
Those 2 accounts are perm banned. However my main account (almost lvl 33) is still unbanned.
I really botted alot on it and did not really hide it (got like 10 dragonites CP 2400-3200) but never Haxton or necro,
only pokemon go-bot and sniping (very aggressively) before and after the update. (this one : GitHub - Ar1i/PokemonGo-Bot)
My dragonites, lapras, snorlax's,.. are in many gyms and I still use NOX but I'm currently still unbanned, any explanations?
I'm wondering what I did to not get a perm ban (yet?).

I can now confirm that all my accounts I used BOTS with are getting banned, and all my accounts I used location spoofing (only location spoofing) are still working fine.
I bet Niantic got the data from BOT devs to Ban user IDs

Hey all,

1'st account (main)(PTC), level 36-37, with Dragonite 3200CP +, used with necrobot, haxton, fake gps, location Milan (Italy), soft banned for 12h, able to login after, and permabanned 3 days ago
User is not available, and i'm able to login to PTC Website

2'nd account (Google), level 33, used with necrobot, haxton and fake gps, location Milan, still able to play with it.

3'd account (PTC), level 32, used with necrobot, now i only loggin and play a little, still ok.

4'd account, created yesterday, lvl 18 farming with PokeMobBot, various human speed 8-15km/k, always in Milan, playing 1h and then disconnecting for 30min at least and changing location - OK

What can i say, i really hope to get my main back

I played fair on my main account only thing I used was pokeadvisor before it shut down for 2 days. Still got banned.

Why should I lie? I play unfair. On most of my Accounts
I have several botted accs (3 - 1 is banned).
My Main is banned but was the only legit acc.
Yes it seems "fair" to ban ppl like me. But what I want to say is: Niantic lost control. Totally

For your information:
1st Acc - Lvl 32, legit played (up to 30km walking distance per day) banned
2nd Acc - Lvl 24, bot only active
3rd Acc - Lvl 14, bot and self play active
4th Acc - Lvl 29, bot and self play banned

My first account, over 5 being botted has been banned, I got 2 softbans due to too much pokestop visits. I sniped on it, and yesterday I spoofed my location to fight in a gym in a small village... I was level 31. I'm botting 2 others accounts a little, and have another account level 27 which is not banned (I also botted on it and sniped few weeks ago, without botting for days)
