I don't get it, I'm sorry. haha This is what appears here and when I click on creating a new account I get to the website and it's off.

I reckon they are still banning accounts right now. We already know they are flagging accounts based on pokemon caught and pokestops looted in a certain amount of time, and my guess is the soft-bans from teleporting were flags as well and maybe exp over a certain time too.

So basically, if you've met even just 1 of the criteria above i.e. if you've EVER been soft-banned before then your account will be reviewed and probably banned.

I don't think it matters whether or not you make a new account now or later; the script they've got running will still flag suspected botters/spoofers and their accounts will be reviewed. The best way to avoid this is obviously to not get flagged which is fairly easy to avoid on realistic bot settings.

I also create new account to check my Account name is available or not. and is says name already taken.
