Is the email the "confirmation"? We've already been through this about a 1000 times in this thread. It's the automated email they send you, not their official reply.

"Failed to get game data from the server" is not just a ban, is a permanent delete of your account. I'was banned that way yesterday (37lvl Google Account) and 1-2 hours after i create a new "Ptc" account with the same e-mail from my google account that was banned 2 hours before, ant i pick the same nickname inside the game...and guess! There all available!! ;-ΡΡ

Don't bother , they won't believe you since some people are claiming that they got in after data error

Yeah I've read most of this thread. Some say their PTC user name is available and some say it's still taken and they see them at gyms. I also tried to change my screen name to my banned one and it says taken.

We can only assume that if it's available you were deleted from their server. If it's still taken they're investigating your account.

i have 2 accounts, and this is their status now:
1. lvl 34 google with cp3290 dragonite. i stopped botting 2 days before this banwave. but the night before, i took about 5 gyms in my area. and the next morning i got that 'failed to get data blabla...' message. so, probably, someone reported my account due my high cp pokemon and level. (they know me because i took gyms). i created this account on 1st august
2.lvl 24 google, i left this account since 1st of august (since i start botting) and this is still legit account before that. when my account failed to login, i decided to bot this account to get more pokemon that i dont have, i use necro with snipes. last night i checked, my account still running but got catchflee problem (on bot) then i turned it off. now i still can login to this account on my blossompogomanager. but i dont have my nerve to check into my phone because its botted at nyc when im across the sea.

so woke up today and now all my acc are goners! 1 of the bots got reset to lvl 1 all other have data error!
im from sweden all were botted in central park/santa monica pier and only 1 was spoofing.....

2 werent playd sence the last bot crash pretty much inactive from then! worked fine untill yesterday now gone......

Yeah I have a feeling that I was reported too. I was level 29 max dragonite and everyone in my area is like 25 at best with a flareon or something weak.
