What bot did you use? Because I used pokefarmer, necrobot and pokesniper and they are all good.

Did you bot in an area which is close to your ip or to your vps ips?

Every One who used bot/GPS Spoof meanwhile was holding GYM got Error Could Not Get Server data
Every One who used bot/GPS spoof and wasnt hold any gym got nothing or got Soft-Ban
Read data is actually Confirmed Perment Ban its not bug. and yes there are actually some people got ban (like me) perment ban (data error) without reason, and waiting for apeal
I got it couse my girfliend logged in with here phone in city center while i was home and aswell ingame so it was marked as gps spoof. and i was holding gyms.
after reading this forum i today tested this and its confirmed i botted 2 accounts
after level 5 i got in gym and keeped botting - got Data error
Second is ( Not holding any gyms ) is soft banned
Those who is soft banned is okey, its not perment and should dissapear in 24h hours mby 48h if u botted like a beast. Hope i answered on some questions )

yeah yesterday i was banned 10 hours ( i could catch pokemon but pokestops was banned)..then i got login issue wich last now

Mine :
lvl 37 account (main acc) with 3.4k++ pokemons = failed to get data
otehr 3 account lvl 29 with under 3K CP pokemons = normal

all gmail account,
all full botting with same bot (haxton),

i think they banning filter by char level. :confused: ?

I have 3 botted accounts got banned while never holding a gym. So holding a gym is not the reason. Heck 1 of them haven't even take a team

To be fair, if this is an attempt to ban bots, then Niantic would have a bot scrawling through every single account, looking at it and determining whether to ban or not. This would take ages and could explain, why some people have accounts, that should obviously deserve to get banned, but are still working for the time being. Maybe the bot just hasn't reached their account yet.

Regarding this post, I'll make you timeline of events :

Niantic launched Pokemon Go 1-0
Their tracker was buggy, Pokevision's here for us 1-1
Niantic mad at Pokevision, disabled footsteps on tracker + softban 2-1
No footsteps, people gone mad, let's start botting + unban softban! 2-2
Realized people botting, they changed their API + IP ban 3-2
API changed, thanks to many devs & engineers, solved in 3 days, let's botting again! + VPN & Proxy 3-3
Lost their shit, HERE'S A "PERMANENT BAN" WITHOUT ANY CLEAR STATEMENT MWAHAHAHA 4-3

did they got data error or soft ? (view bot logs, how long u have been soft-banned before u got data error )
if u keep longer botting while already soft banned it can couse data error
