i can colect pokestop, gym, but cant catch poke always flee, what should i do? im w8 12 hour but still same, can't catch poke

Some Update on "catchflee ban":
I noticed it yesterday on my account, and 24h later, i still cannot catch anything. Pokestops still work, so do Gym battles.
It seems that this kind of ban is either longer than a day or...permanent? q.q
Just lucky i dont need to catch any more pokemon as i already got everything, but still -.-

From what I gather, it is highly probably you are permanently banned, although there isn't any confirmation yet, no one knows 100%. I have the same problem (the "failed to get game data" error) when I try log in on my phone, but I can log in on Nox fine.

Has anyone else gotten the "failed to get game data" error and then logged back on (phone) after a certain amount of time?

Guess not... At least I didn't see no one saying anything like it. I can't login in my phone or Nox with that account. So ****ed up.. I was hoping this would happen at some point but not to that account though haha as inocent or stupid as it sounds I was hoping that maybe that would happen to the others account which I bot since like a week ago or so. Damn it, main account!

Drinking, eating some pizza... Anything would do. We have nothing better to do right now besides waiting when it comes to this problem. Servers are up and running and we are still getting the same message and some of us are still having a lot of problems with can't catch pokemons, can't fight, can't spin pokespots and so on. Until there are a post about this we can't be sure of anything.
Hoping that probably this will passed easily and will stay as a warning that they're not ****ing around with botters hahaha

i got both .. catch flee and the data ... (have multiple accounts and 2 had problems)

just wait a bit .. i didnt log in for couple of hours just made new accounts checked it some hours ago and it was all ok



and now get yourself 2-3 new accounts and start botting them up ^^ just to be on the safe side

Yeah, it's really weird if this is a perma ban, since the accounts I've botted on constantly don't have this error, yet the account I botted on 2 weeks ago (before new API change) and haven't touched at all for 2 weeks, has this error.

I can login with my Alt accounts from the East Coast of US. So the login servers are not actually down.

I also checked that website this morning and all afternoon and it has said that it is down the whole time.

This website shows that they are up but possibly having issues?
