I have 4 accounts. I botted with 3.. The one I DID not bot with is the only one not having the connection issues. Its not a coincidence that those 3 aren't connecting and that one is. This is a ban. You cheated, you know what you were doing, this isn't FALSE information, stop lying to yourself. Stop crying and move on.

Guys I was just able to use my account that was getting the "cant get data from servers" message. Using Nox atm.

Lol it's funny for those still believe that it is not perm-ban. Many and many and i have tested myself. Those that were using bot yesterday and had put their pokemon in the gym are perm-ban. One of my account has been ban because i was using bot during that time. My other 3 accounts that botted and have stop a day before is still log in fine.

I havent botted in 4+ days, but I did log in last night to show my friends what I had so far without catching/pokestops/gyms yet I'm still getting the error. So it's still confusing. But on my alt account I botted on it it's level 30+ and no error and able to do things perfectly fine.

How many hours did you wait until you tried to login and it was successful?
By wait I mean the time you did not try to login at all before the successful attempt.

everyone check your e-mails those who have gotten the e-mail you are f****d the rest just have to wait it out a bit.
luckily I have gotten no such email only the automated reply from the appeal :P

I got the flee catch ban for my main account 15 hours ago.

It's sad and I wouldn't wanna believe, but I know what I did, so I have to admit....

Perhaps, once the trading function comes out, we may forward the pokemon from banned account to other working account.

Half of the responses here seem like they were sent by completely clueless people. But that aside:

my bot was running when the problems began, yet I could and still can log in without any problems. I can run around and catch pokemon, but can't loot any pokestops for like 10 hours (getting the try again later error).

Not sure what is going on completely, because this issue doesn't seem like a proper ban.

I thought it was a local server issue, but my state's server has gone back up recently and the error still persists.
