Stop beating around the bush of the Dev post here.... They explain the different types of bans and that the Read Data Error is clearly a new method of permaban. Nothing to do with connection. I logged out of my account on my phone and logged back in onto a different account and it works perfectly.

Get out of your denial. Let it go. We've been banned. I suggest people to stop using bots all together if you don't want to get banned.. Although its inevitable, because I haven't used a bot in over 4 weeks...

Lol it's funny for those still believe that it is not perm-ban. Many and many and i have tested myself. Those that were using bot yesterday and had put their pokemon in the gym are perm-ban. One of my account has been ban because i was using bot during that time. My other 3 accounts that botted and have stop a day before is still log in fine.

Was botting with Haxton, on the account on blue stacks and then also on my phone until around 4:30 got the error message all afternoon, come home 12 hours later and have been able to login on phone just now.
I wasn't exactly being sneaky either

I have 4 accounts. I botted with 3.. The one I DID not bot with is the only one not having the connection issues. Its not a coincidence that those 3 aren't connecting and that one is. This is a ban. You cheated, you know what you were doing, this isn't FALSE information, stop lying to yourself. Stop crying and move on.

I now see 3 people claiming to have logged in again after they got the data error.

In my case I was botting 3 when it happened. 1 got data error and the other 2 was still able to bot. Funny thing is I was off bot on that acct when I got data error. Closed the bot to open to my phone to buy pokecoins. Was able to buy, as I was browsing pokemons to upgrade I got disconnected (2 bots running was not disconnected) and when I log back n (this is on phone) I get data error.

To be specific I am talking about "failed to get game data from the server".

The other 2 bots encountered "softbans" a few hours after that but nothing a quick IP change did not fix.

Also worth mentioning that the one that got banned was created july 06 so its an old account the 2 accounts not banned was created just this month.

Dude all you did was google his username, found a twitter account for the name, googled the name and pulled any other loose information together to say it was him.

Stop embarrassing yourself. Even if it is him, attacking someone's personal details and posting it online is pretty low.

That doesn't explain the people who were getting the error and then were able to log in just fine. Like myself.
