Moving a char from Account A to B, HOW?

First of all, this isn't for a scam, i quit wow and plan on transferring all of my chars to my friends account, as a present.

Problem is, that blizzard says:

Can I transfer characters from one account to another?
Yes, you can transfer characters not just between realms but also between accounts. However, you may only request character transfers from one account where you are the owner to another account where you are the owner. Any attempt to transfer a character from an account where you are not the owner could be considered a violation of the World of Warcraft Terms of Use and could lead to Blizzard taking disciplinary action against your account, including, but not limited to warnings, temporary account suspension, or permanent account suspension, as determined by Blizzard.

To initiate a transfer between two of your accounts, you will need to specify the account name associated with the account you wish to transfer your character to, and answer the 'secret question' for the destination account Please contact our billing department directly if there are any problems with your transfer.

I got acc info, secret question etc.

questions are:
1) How do i make sure that my friends account does not get banned?

2) Will i have to change any info on my own account?

well.... there is NO WAY of doing that exept calling blizzard and saying that u got 18 today -_-... and tell em to change the name to your friends than wait a while and transfer it ... only way i know but verye might know something

another way to do this, bit more understandable, say that you just got married, and that you would like to change the last name, they usually allow this on each account once, checked and tested.

and then just xfer away

A lot of things that you can come up, really. Usually I go for the "I wanna give my account as a gift to my nephew." trick. Act casually and remember - Blizzard will do a lot if you can prove to them that you are the original account owner. They just want their customers to be happy and will go a great length to ensure that, as long as they are convinced that you are the person you are pretending to be.
