Moving a char from one account to my own - help

I've got a friend from class who's got a pretty decent enhancement shaman that he doesn't play. He's offering to transfer it to my account.

My question is now, will I get his class specific FoS achievements over to my account? The only char specific achievements he has got is Hero of the Horde: Ruthless. Would I get that to my own account by transfering his char or are FoS account-bound?

Yeah that's not an issue though. Isn't it possible to make a new account in the same name as mine, transfer it there and then to my primary account? But are FoS account bound, or?

Could someone please confirm how this works? (Transfering char specific FoS and titles).

All achievements and feats of strength earned by the character will transfer over to a new battle.net account. Achievements that are account wide or earned by a different character on the account will not transfer over.

So if I transfer this char to my account, will the char specific FoS' be shown on my whole account afterwards?

Let's say if I check my FoS while logged in or my armory on the website, will the new FoS' be shown along my other ones?

Sorry for posting it here, but i have similar question. I have old (back in wotlk) banned account with nice xmog items. I will hopefully be able to unban it. That account have 100% my name, surname etc. So i can provide passport data. Right now, i have totally different account, with totally different name, etc. BUT, that account was banned too, and i restored it 5 months ago, telling that i was hacked etc. It was banned in the end of pandaria, when real owner tried to recover it (i've bought that account). Tho i have passport and other data for it. Will i be able somehow to transfer character (or even merge account) from my banned account to new one?
And another question. If i will buy acc with needed character, lets say who have items from MOP chalenges, it will have not real name and surname, like Pikachu Charizard, etc. Will i be able to merge it with my new account, and if so - how?


p.s. There is NO way to get MOP challenge mod gear atm, right? Without buying characters?

Your new account still wouldn't have a matching surname with your friend's account, so making a new account wouldn't accomplish anything. You're trying to create a triangle out of a straight line.
