Ahh!!!! hate u blizz! HELP PLEASE?

Story:
Stole account details. Transferred a lvl 70 warrior to new account and new server with a new name.

I then speed hacked and spammed abused people in orgrimaar for 15minutes until it d/c me and wouldn't let me back on that stolen account.

Silly me however, used my c/c details to pay for new account (which of course had a different name) and blizzard locked my account. So it's taken 3 weeks and 2 submissions that both got rejected for my fake ID which is actually pretty decent.

Anyways... so i armoried my warrior on my server and he's not there anymore... however he appears back on his original server with original name...
3 WEEKS LATER???!

Is there anything I can do about this?? WHAT DID I DO WRONG??
Please for the love of god help...

Probably didn't get him perm banned. That's the most likely case / scenario.

And now i'm sad! It was a 3/5 Veng Warrior who obviously bought pts pre-patch and had S3 shoulders, weap etc... BAH!
